PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONThe holiday house Medulin on the edge of the well-known resort, quiet approx. 150 m² holiday house with 6 apartments, is surrounded by some holiday homes and lots of nature. The quiet location guarantees a relaxing holiday. The famous sandy beach of Medulin is only about 600m. There is no through traffic, only local traffic. Apartment A1 and studio apartments A2, A3 and A4 are located on the 1st floor of the main house. Apartments A5 and A6 are located on the ground floor of the farm. A parking lot is available to guests of the house free of charge. Also the outdoor grill can be used by the guests. All apartments have satellite TV and air conditioning in the hallway. Except for the smallest Studio apartment A3 all others have a balcony or a terrace. The two ground floor apartments A5 and A6 in the annex have separate entrances and as they do not have their own terrace, the courtyard is available as an outdoor area. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. A laundry for laundry is given by the landlord. On request you can also order breakfast for an additional charge. As the house has central heating, guests are welcome throughout the year. In the main season, the arrival and departure is on a Saturday to lay. Out of season you can also arrive and depart during the week. The friendly landlords also live on the ground floor of the house and speak German, English, Italian and of course Croatian. Also products from own production are offered for sale. The center of Medulin, with its quaint downtown and various restaurants, shopping, etc., is located in walking distance.
