The building was first mentioned in documents dating back to 1352. This building has been beautifully reconstructed under the UNESCO standards - and is listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site. Entrance hall stairs and the apartments has painted ceilings with elements of FOLK ART. In the house are hand carved and painted wooden doors and stairs are decorated with intricate wrought iron case railings. The reconstruction maintains all of its original historical features including wooden parquet floors. All furnishings are new. All apartments have wifi access satellite TV and are fully furnished with top of the range appliances. The Art House is situated in the historical center of Prague which a stone s through away from the Old Town Square the Charles Bridge the Jewish Quarter and other sites of cultural interest. Based next to Rudolfinum - the philharmonic / opera house on one side and Klementinum - the National Library on the other side.
