Drummond House is a Georgian building in the middle of historical Chapelizod and overlooking the Liffey River. The building is a tall imposing Georgian semi-detached building with its own large car parking courtyard outside. The building is on a higher level overlooking the River Liffey and a minute s walk from the shops pubs pharmacy and all amenities of Chapelizod Village. Chapelizod is a short bus ride to Heuston Station Collins Barracks Museum the Guinness Storehouse and Factory and Dublin City centre. br / br / br / br / Within this building we have 2 apartments. Apartment 1 can accommodate 4 individuals and Studio 1a can accommodate 2 people. br / br / br / br / Apartment 1 br / br / This is a very bright and spacious apartment. The three tall Georgian windows on to the private parking area to the front and the River Liffey beyond make a for a grand one bedroom apartment. The tall ceilings give a sense of spaciousness. The kitchen / dining area is spacious with a medium sized kitchen and dining area with a large circular table and four chairs. There is a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests. br / br / br / br / The bedroom is well appointed with a double bed wardrobe and bedside locker. The room has a large Georgian window with a blind and curtains for black out at night time. Elevated from the main road and looking onto the courtyard parking and at eye level with the trees beside the River Liffey a good quiet night s sleep should prevail. br / br / br / br / The bathroom is excellently appointed after having just been installed recently. It has two doors so as to be an en-suite from the bathroom and those staying on the sofa bed. It is tiled floor to ceiling for extra comfort and cleanliness and has an offset quadrant shower wc wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
