Nice terraced house located in a residential area, in Pontone-Parco il Poggio, 150 m from the renowned restaurant "La Tana dell'Orso", 2.5 km from the center of Castel di Sangro, 3 Km from Roccaraso. The villa has a garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and deckchairs. On the ground floor there is a beautiful living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a living area with large windows overlooking the landscape, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. A marble staircase leads to the first floor which consists of a double bedroom and a second double bedroom with an additional king-size bunk bed. In the driveway (equipped with electric gate) three cars can be parked. The villa is located 20 minutes from the ski slopes, 8 minutes from the center of Castel di Sangro, where there are many shops, supermarkets, typical restaurants. This destination is ideal to visit the most beautiful places in the Abruzzo National Park: Barrea, Civitella Alfedena, Pescasseroli and Villetta Barrea. Castel di Sangro is close to the main ski resorts: Pescocostanzo (20 minutes away), Rivisondoli (15 minutes away) and Roccaraso (10 minutes away). This is an ideal place for winter sports lovers. As for the summer holidays, we recommend the lakes of Barrea and Scanno, the national parks of the area, the swimming pools, the waterpark and the skating rink.
