Around the villa there is a large fenced garden equipped with garden furniture, table tennis, small house with barbecue, wood burning oven and sink and a beautiful completely fenced swimming pool (5 x 10m, depth 1,40m). The house has been sensibly and comfortably furnished with period furniture. Possibility to buy typical Tuscan products. The road leading to the villa (approx. 1,5 km) is quite steep in parts, however practicable with any type of car.
