Spacious holiday home with pool and panoramic view, just 8 km from Arezzo on the slopes of a side valley. On the ground floor there is a large, rustic dining room with breakfast bar and access to the kitchen. In the kitchen there is an open fireplace and an access to the covered terrace. From the dining room a wide staircase leads to the first floor and to a comfortable living room with exits to the wide balconies which extend over the whole length of the facade. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the valley to Arezzo. Two of the six bedrooms are on the first floor, four more on the second floor. A pine avenue leads from the garden gate to the house and surrounds the side of the property which overlooks the valley. Next to the house there is the large pool, various covered sitting areas and the separate room with billiards, table football and table tennis. The location is ideal to visit the beautiful Etruscan city of Arezzo, with its remarkable cathedral, the Romanesque church Santa Maria della Pieve and the Church of San Francesco. Enjoy the city strolling along the Corso or sipping a cocktail in Piazza Grande. There are many trattorias where you can enjoy local dishes. In June and September, the traditional equestrian games of the Saracino take place in Piazza Grande; every first weekend of the month, the whole old town is animated by the large national antiques market.
