Experience a wonderful holiday in this unique location! Located in Egmond aan den Hoef, near the beach and in a new holiday park, bordering on the protected North Holland Dune Reserve. This dune villa is built with high-quality materials and nicely finished. It features a modern and bright interior and lots of luxury. The living room with open kitchen, pleasant dining area and fireplace has French doors to the the terrace with a view of a dune lake. There also is an outdoor fireplace on the terrace. By means of the stairs in the living room, you can reach the first floor with three double bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bedrooms are fitted with shutters. Also, you can relax in your own sauna in the bathroom! "Please note: there's one parking space per accommodation in the parking area adjacent to the windmill."There's a beautiful, authentic mill at the entrance of the park, where you can enjoy a drink or a bite to eat. There also is a good restaurant in the park, where you can eat during opening hours. For your daily groceries you'll find a supermarket, bakery, butcher and fishmonger within walking distance.Egmond has a great, 8 kilometre long family beach. The natural surroundings of the house offer a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is an attraction in itself.
