There are 53 spacious bedrooms including seven suites and many of our rooms have stunning views over the countryside. Our beautifully refurbished Prego Restaurant offers a variety of dining options from a lovingly crafted Table D Hote Menu to a vibrant Italian Al A Carte Menu while the Lounge Bar offers the warmth of a country pub with a full range of bar meals and snacks. The hotel hosts a number of function and conference rooms able to hold a capacity of up to 300 and is a very popular wedding venue. If that s not enough the hotel has its own Leisure Club with indoor heated pool fitness centre spa bath and steam room. Our location is ideal for either heading through to Newcastle or Durham for shopping or heading out to spend the day in the Northumberland countryside. We do have a few pet friendly rooms within the hotel that carry an additional £30 per night charge.
The hotel is situated on the A68 Darlington to Corbridge road just north of Castleside. The A68 can be accessed from the North or South via the A69 Hexham to Carlisle road or from the A1M at Junction 58.
