A fully stocked kitchen with a new fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining room, living room and pool table room. Relax and unwind by the private pool. Please note that the pool does not have a heater. The pool table room opens up to the patio and pool area allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio includes an 8-person dining table!The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Then there are 4 queen bedrooms. Everything is BRAND new, with mattress covers and 1800-thread count sheets. There are two bathrooms.The house is further polished with:-55" HDTV with Netflix, cable TV and HBO. 43" in the pool table room and 46" in the master bedroom, all with the same features.-50mbps Wifi connectivity-3 car garage (Currently used as storage)-Washer and drier on-site-Fresh linens, towels, soaps & shampoos -Fully loaded kitchen with new, top-of-the-line appliances.. and much more!The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security.Bed layout:-Bedroom 1: king bed-Bedroom 2: queen bed + queen bed-Bedroom 3: queen bed-Bedroom 4: queen bed-Bedroom 5: queen bed-Common Area: 2 luxury queen sized air mattresses + Pull out couch+Lots of extra pillows, blankets, towels.Our place sleeps up to 12 comfortably- up to 18 if you don't mind squeezing a bit. Please notify us if you need to set up our air mattresses to sleep 18.We have two security cameras on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail.Please note our check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate any early check-ins or late check-outs, as our cleaning crew needs the full amount of time to clean and prepare the property between guests.Guest Access:Keyless check-in / check-out makes it super easy!Interaction with Guests:We're available 24/7, and have contractors on call 24/7 to handle any issues.The Neighborhood:Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community.
