There also is a complete bathroom with tub, a pretty living room, clear and colorful, with double sofa-bed, flat screen television with international channels, dining area (table and chairs) and equipped open-plan kitchen with big fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, vitroceramic cooktop, etc … In the living room, just like in the bedrooms, there are wide picture windows allowing direct way out to the large covered and furnished terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace, you have an overall view onto the children playground just in front of the residence and a lateral view onto the residence's swimming pool and nice green zone.
